Each week we will meet by phone or in person. At the beginning of your Life Recovery Diet, we will discover what you would like to accomplish over the next three months. I will post fieldwork, inspiration, a suggested reading list, and more information on a personal web page designed just for you. If you run into a roadblock or need to talk, you may call or email me at any time. Together we'll learn the hidden core beliefs that are causing the difference between what you're wanting and what you're getting. We'll create steps for you to practice that will begin shifting your attention from where you are now to where you want to be.
